Empowering Communities Through Compassion: A Successful Relief Distribution in Laisamis In the spirit of the Holy Quran,particularly Surah Al-Insan 76:8-9, which emphasises giving to those in need for the sake of Allah: "And they give food in spite of love for it to the needy, the orphan, and the captive, saying, 'We feed you only for the countenance of Allah. We wish not from you reward nor gratitude.'" — Surah Al-Insan 76:8-9 We are proud toshare the success of our Drought and Ramadhan Relief Distribution. This initiative was organized by the Supreme Council of Kenya Muslims SUPKEM in partnership with the Zayed for Good Foundation and the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Nairobi. --- Impact in Laisamis On the second day of our initiative, we reached Laisamis Sub-county in Marsabit, providing essential food baskets to approximately 400 families. This initiative reflects our commitment to humanitarian values, transcending social, cultural, and religious boundaries. Hajj 2026 Preparations Begin The Kenya Hajj Mission, hosted by SUPKEM, has received the official quota from the Saudi Ministry of Hajj. Key Requirements for 2026: Valid Passport: Must be valid for at least 6 months. Health Certificate: Yellow Fever and Meningitis vaccinations are mandatory. Biometric Enrollment: To be completed at our regional centers in Nairobi and Mombasa. Early Bird Deadline: Registration via the portal ends by the 15th of Sha'ban.

Health Advocacy in Northern Kenya In a move to increase healthcare accessibility, SUPKEM has partnered with the Ministry of Health MoH to utilize mosques as temporary wellness clinics in Garissa, Wajir, and Mandera. Program Impact 1. Polio Vaccination: Target reach of 50,000 children. 2. Maternal Health: Training for local Madrasa teachers on health advocacy. 3.
