Services offered to individuals.
Marriage Certificates
- We offer Islamic marriage certification for Muslim couples through registered marriage registrars. The marriage certificate issued by SUPKEM is both Islamically valid and legally recognized under Kenyan law. This ensures that Muslim couples are protected under the Marriage Act of Kenya and Shariah principles. It is crucial for validating the marriage in matters of inheritance, family rights, property, legal disputes, and immigration processes such as visa and residency applications abroad.
Hajj and Umrah Facilitation
- We facilitate Kenyan Muslims planning to perform the sacred pilgrimages of Hajj and Umrah by offering official letters of support, which are often required by the Saudi Arabian embassy and other authorities for visa processing. Additionally, SUPKEM connects pilgrims to licensed and approved travel agents, ensuring they avoid exploitation or fraud. We also provide educational and logistical guidance to prepare pilgrims for the religious, cultural, and administrative requirements of Hajj and Umrah.
Travel Visa Advisory
- For Muslims traveling abroad for religious, educational, or personal reasons, SUPKEM offers visa advisory services, including official letters of support where necessary. This service helps individuals meet embassy requirements, especially for faith-based travels such as Hajj, Umrah, Islamic studies, and diplomatic or cultural exchanges. The advisory includes guidance on required documents, country-specific protocols, and liaison support with relevant embassies and government agencies.
Study Abroad Letters
- We issue official recommendation and endorsement letters to support Muslim students applying for scholarships, universities, and visa applications abroad. These letters affirm the students' Islamic background and intentions, which can strengthen their applications to Islamic institutions, embassies, and academic programs.
